To truly practice self love you need to know yourself, accept who you are, and commit to growth and positive life shifts. The purpose of Self Love Club is to guide you to a space of enriched awareness, to foster self-compassion and encourage a life lived as your best self.

 

Self Love Club is a safe space to learn and embrace the essence of who you truly are. Together we will learn how to build awareness of this life we are living, who we are and how to commit to positive life shifts we have always wanted, but have never been able to achieve on our own.

 

A new year inspires hope, redirection and natural change. Let this four week journey towards habitual healing be your light.

 

If you feel a heavy heart, discontent or as if your day to day is incongruent to your soul’s path this group is for you. This group is great for women on the path toward healing, seeking guidance and acceptance of self. In our 4 week program we will build community through group therapy and art exercises in a safe space removing distractions, toxins and an overstimulated society.

 

This is a program dedicated to inspiring individuals to thrive and trust their own authentic voice.  While individuals may be suffering with depression, anxiety, grief, or addictions- this is not a program for rehabilitation of mental health conditions or active addiction recovery. We will be focusing on enhancing personal growth and discovery of new habits for a healthier sense of self.
